Customer Support Representative – Atlanta, Onsite

Apraksts

  • Handle customer orders received by phone, email, fax, web, and EDI.
  • Enter orders into the system and monitor progress to support on-time delivery.
  • Answer questions about product availability, shipping, and delivery schedules.
  • Work with Sales, Planning, and Manufacturing to resolve customer issues.
  • Monitor open orders, backorders, and purchase orders.
  • Keep accurate records and handle routine office tasks.
  • Follow YKK standards for environmental practices, quality, health and safety, and confidentiality.
  • Complete other general office tasks as assigned.
  • Act as the primary link between customers and internal teams.
  • Support a smooth customer experience from order placement through delivery.
  • This position has no direct supervisory duties.

Prasības

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Two to five years of customer service experience; manufacturing or B2B experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with limited supervision.
  • Reliable, predictable attendance.
  • Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 20 pounds.
  • Ability to occasionally stand, walk, sit, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Close vision and ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to wear required safety protective equipment at the appropriate times and in designated environments.
