Customer Support Representative – Atlanta, Onsite
Process customer orders and resolve delivery questions for YKK’s fastening products business. Work with sales, planning, and manufacturing teams in Atlanta.
Descriere
- Handle customer orders received by phone, email, fax, web, and EDI.
- Enter orders into the system and monitor progress to support on-time delivery.
- Answer questions about product availability, shipping, and delivery schedules.
- Work with Sales, Planning, and Manufacturing to resolve customer issues.
- Monitor open orders, backorders, and purchase orders.
- Keep accurate records and handle routine office tasks.
- Follow YKK standards for environmental practices, quality, health and safety, and confidentiality.
- Complete other general office tasks as assigned.
- Act as the primary link between customers and internal teams.
- Support a smooth customer experience from order placement through delivery.
- This position has no direct supervisory duties.
Cerințe
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two to five years of customer service experience; manufacturing or B2B experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with limited supervision.
- Reliable, predictable attendance.
- Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to occasionally stand, walk, sit, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Close vision and ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to wear required safety protective equipment at the appropriate times and in designated environments.
