Oracle

Aprašymas

  • Set the vision and roadmap for Oracle Learn and Talent Development in line with Ford’s strategic goals.
  • Manage delivery plans, track progress and risks, and update HR leaders on status.
  • Advise on global talent development technologies beyond Oracle.
  • Keep rating data aligned across systems.
  • Lead and support a team of analysts.
  • Oversee analysts’ design, testing, delivery, and maintenance of system enhancements.
  • Direct HR cycle planning for goal setting, performance management, and annual compensation reviews.
  • Work with Oracle product teams to improve capabilities and shape the strategic roadmap.
  • Serve as the primary liaison among Digital HR, HR Centers of Excellence, and IT teams.
  • Provide product expertise on complex projects, integrations, security roles, reporting, and user training.
  • Lead the rollout of new functionality, including change management.
  • Partner with business owners to develop technology solutions for near- and long-term needs.
  • Attend meetings and present updates on project progress.
  • Protect HCM system integrity and ensure compliance with data privacy and protection regulations.

Reikalavimai

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, management information systems, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Extensive hands-on functional experience with Oracle HCM Learn and/or Talent or Performance.
  • Experience owning a product lifecycle, including priorities and system enhancements.
  • At least five years of experience in HR technology or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience as an HR technology product owner.
  • Experience leading and developing a team.
  • Previous experience working as an Oracle HCM implementation partner.
  • Experience working with agile delivery teams.
  • Experience defining product roadmaps and identifying technology improvement opportunities.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving organization.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Availability to work onsite at least four days per week.
