German-Speaking Vodafone Sales and Technical Support Agent
Support Vodafone customers in Germany with TV, phone, and internet issues while advising them on products and contract options. The role is fully remote and combines inbound customer service with sales.
Aprašymas
- Handle inbound first-level support for existing customers.
- Troubleshoot customer issues with TV, phone, and internet services.
- Recommend products based on customer needs and optimize contracts.
- Promote relevant products and services during each call.
- Complete three weeks of paid training on a fixed early-shift schedule.
- After training, work a two-shift schedule between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday.
- Work every other weekend and receive a weekday off in lieu.
Reikalavimai
- Have at least one year of call center experience, preferably in technical service in telecommunications.
- Have at least one year of sales experience.
- Meet sales targets consistently.
- Be willing to reliably work the stated hours.
- Have no secondary employment.
- Speak German at C1 level or higher.
- Reside in Germany.
- Have prior support and sales experience; career changers are not accepted.
