Process service orders remotely in English and Spanish while assisting clients and coordinating with branch teams. Keep property-service records accurate and provide timely updates.

- Create and process service work orders accurately in the system
- Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, and text as the first point of contact
- Resolve client and resident concerns or escalate them when needed
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Send timely updates and communicate proactively
- Coordinate scheduling changes, order updates, and service delivery with branch operations
- Keep client records accurate and update databases
- Record all client interactions in detail
- Make follow-up calls and conduct digital surveys
- Spot opportunities to improve customer satisfaction
- Support account setup
- Manage client property information
- Keep communication flowing smoothly across teams
Reikalavimai
- At least 2 years of experience in order processing, customer service, or a call center
- Hospitality, concierge, or executive assistant experience is an advantage
- High school diploma or GED required
- Additional coursework or a degree preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Salesforce experience strongly preferred
- Excellent service skills, empathy, and the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work accurately in a fast-paced setting
- Professional conduct and the ability to adapt quickly
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams
- Must live in Nevada or Arizona when hired
- Must be available to work Pacific or Mountain Time hours
