Aprašymas

  • Call prospective blood donors through a dialer system to encourage donation.
  • Use several computer systems at once to select suitable blood drives, update donor records, and log call results.
  • Schedule appointments and deliver helpful service to support donor attendance.
  • Follow call procedures and scripts to provide a consistent donor experience.
  • Meet daily targets for calls and appointments per hour.
  • Learn donor eligibility criteria and explain them to help reduce deferrals.
  • Keep accurate records of donors and groups contacted and appointments scheduled.
  • Identify new leads and support donor recruitment programs as needed.
  • Answer incoming calls or route them to the appropriate person.
  • Coordinate support for community and business donor groups as needed.
  • Handle other related duties as assigned.

Reikalavimai

  • Live in or near Tucson, Arizona.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • At least one year of related experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a call center.
  • Commit to 90 days of uninterrupted employment with full attendance.
  • Commit to one of the listed work schedules.
  • Able to use multiple computer applications at once in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear and effective verbal communication.
  • Able to work with potentially difficult customers in a fast-paced call center.
  • Prior sales or negotiation experience is a plus.
  • Interest in advocating for blood donation, learning about it, and promoting it.
  • Former employees or contractors must be eligible for rehire.
  • Education and general experience may be combined to meet the stated education and experience requirements when the total years qualify.
