- Call customers to support the company’s systems.
- Log and resolve technical support tickets, prioritizing them by severity and urgency.
- Manage tickets from creation through resolution and closure.
- Provide specialized support for company systems and services to help maintain their operation and availability.
- Address customer requests efficiently in line with operational and technical procedures.
- Investigate and resolve system incidents to support a positive customer experience.
- Create and maintain procedures, documentation, and user and support manuals.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide quality support tailored to their needs.
- Identify ways to improve customer service and support processes.

- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Engineering, Data Processing, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of SQL databases.
- Experience supporting customers who use ERP systems.
- Knowledge of financial, tax, and accounting processes.
- Experience in the insurance sector.
- Experience delivering customer service and technical support for corporate systems.
