Mars is hiring a hybrid Service Desk Analyst in Guararema, Brazil, to deliver omnichannel IT support and resolve incidents. The role partners with IT teams and supports corporate technology projects and system improvements.

Provide customers with clear updates on case progress
Deliver timely IT support through phone and digital service channels
Remain available during high-demand periods while meeting operational service-level agreements
Explain complex technical problems clearly to end users through a service-focused approach
Work with Mars Service Desk and Support teams to diagnose and resolve incidents
Contribute in team roles such as Tech Lead, Segment Lead, or Champion
Help colleagues develop their capabilities and promote effective practices
Provide technical expertise for corporate IT initiatives and system enhancements

Талаптар

A completed bachelor’s degree is required
A background in IT is advantageous
At least one year of experience in a Service Desk or Service Center role is required
Demonstrated experience working within a team that delivers IT operations or services is required
Advanced spoken and written English is required and will be assessed during the hiring process
Willingness and ability to work in a hybrid role based in Guararema, São Paulo
