Service Desk Analyst – Mars, Guararema Hybrid
Mars is hiring a hybrid Service Desk Analyst in Guararema, Brazil, to deliver omnichannel IT support and resolve incidents. The role partners with IT teams and supports corporate technology projects and system improvements.
विवरण
- Handle reported incidents and service requests within expected timeframes
- Provide customers with clear updates on case progress
- Deliver timely IT support through phone and digital service channels
- Remain available during high-demand periods while meeting operational service-level agreements
- Explain complex technical problems clearly to end users through a service-focused approach
- Work with Mars Service Desk and Support teams to diagnose and resolve incidents
- Contribute in team roles such as Tech Lead, Segment Lead, or Champion
- Help colleagues develop their capabilities and promote effective practices
- Provide technical expertise for corporate IT initiatives and system enhancements
आवश्यकताएँ
- A completed bachelor’s degree is required
- A background in IT is advantageous
- At least one year of experience in a Service Desk or Service Center role is required
- Demonstrated experience working within a team that delivers IT operations or services is required
- Advanced spoken and written English is required and will be assessed during the hiring process
- Willingness and ability to work in a hybrid role based in Guararema, São Paulo
