  • Manage end-to-end recruiting for People Operations and Corporate positions, from role intake through offer acceptance.
  • Create target-company lists and market maps to support priority searches.
  • Investigate target organizations’ cultures, structures, and organizational dynamics, then capture the findings for recruiting use.
  • Source and assess qualified candidates, including professionals who are not actively job searching.
  • Present Clover Health’s mission and complex business model accurately throughout the candidate process.
  • Conduct leadership searches with the discretion and discipline expected of retained executive search.
  • Apply AI tools to sourcing, research, candidate outreach, and pipeline administration.
  • Work with the Chief People Officer and Head of Recruiting to calibrate searches and maintain strong candidate slates.
  • Share market trends, candidate feedback, and pipeline status with hiring managers and recruiting partners.
  • Close multiple Corporate openings within six months, including at least one leadership position.
  • Develop reusable talent maps and establish market mapping and proactive sourcing as standard recruiting practices.

  • Proven success recruiting directors, department heads, or other leadership-level professionals through an internal recruiting function or agency search.
  • Ability to build target-company lists independently and investigate organizational culture and structure.
  • Track record of finding and engaging passive candidates through proactive outreach.
  • Ability to position a company and its mission for senior candidates and explain Medicare Advantage and a SaaS subsidiary.
  • Experience applying AI tools to sourcing, research, and pipeline management, with sound judgment about their limitations.
  • Experience developing reusable recruiting resources, such as prompt libraries, workflows, or research templates.
  • Background handling confidential searches and working directly with C-suite executives.
  • Ability to operate in a complex, fast-changing environment without an established playbook.
  • Ability to guide hiring managers using recruiting data.
  • Clover Health participates in E-Verify and considers qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
