  • Coordinate schedules, coverage, weekend rotations, and attendance.
  • Recruit and onboard representatives, helping them become productive quickly.
  • Review calls and coach representatives on ways to improve.
  • Monitor speed to lead, contact, booking, and show rates.
  • Respond to declines in team performance metrics.
  • Address performance concerns and lead difficult conversations.
  • Document procedures to reduce reliance on individual team members.
  • Spot process breakdowns and raise them for improvement.
  • Develop team operations, coverage, coaching, and onboarding playbooks.
  • Collaborate directly with the Head of Operations and Sales Operations lead.
  • Take ownership of team performance metrics and review them regularly.
  • Adjust the role’s scope as the team expands.

  • Experience leading an inside sales or appointment-setting team.
  • Experience as a team lead or sales floor manager who coaches representatives daily.
  • Experience in sales or support operations with people-management duties.
  • Experience managing teams that book in-home appointments for home services or remodeling companies.
  • Experience selling or booking appointments by phone.
  • A track record of responsibility for team performance metrics.
  • Ability to review calls and identify opportunities to improve.
  • Ability to address performance concerns through direct, difficult conversations.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to keep a team organized.
  • Comfort working amid ambiguity and rapid change.
  • Availability to work 60–70 hours per week.
  • Availability to cover incoming leads, including some weekends.
  • Authorization to work in the United States or Canada.
