- Manage incidents identified through monitoring or customer requests in line with company procedures
- Respond to customer concerns through the ticketing system
- Process customer requests submitted through tickets or email
- Monitor organisational infrastructure and applications using monitoring tools and email alerts
- Deliver first-level support and acknowledge incoming customer requests
- Escalate alarms and technical issues to the appropriate next support level within required timeframes
- Prepare reports and share operational updates with organisational stakeholders
Талаптар
- Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics or Computer Engineering
- 0–1 years of relevant experience in the telecommunications or IT industry
- Basic to intermediate Linux command-line skills
- Basic to intermediate SQL skills
- Working knowledge of SQL and Oracle databases
- Basic understanding of telecommunications, including GSM and mobile networks
- 0–1 years of experience in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 support engineering role
- Basic knowledge of operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness and ability to work 24/7 shifts
