Enterprise Account Operations Analyst - Remote, United States
Support City Wide’s enterprise building-maintenance franchise accounts through CRM administration, reporting, QBR preparation, service trend analysis, and account operations.

- Keep CRM records accurate and coordinate work order updates for enterprise accounts
- Use Ariba, Coupa, and ServiceChannel to manage work orders and account activity
- Create recurring and one-off reports with Excel, CRM data, and Power BI
- Review service complaints, inspection findings, and account performance to surface trends and risks
- Develop quarterly business review materials covering client spend, service levels, and core account metrics
- Support QBR meetings with scheduling, live data assistance, and follow-up documentation
- Monitor master service agreement terms, renewal and price-adjustment dates, and other contract milestones
- Track DocuSign submissions and maintain account records and client contact details
- Deliver scheduled account updates, triage inquiries, and escalate issues when needed
- Coordinate quarterly Loyalty Loop surveys, including schedules, distribution, and response tracking
- Provide client and operational support during account manager absences
- Recommend improvements to reporting, routine-task automation, and team workflows
- Report to the Director of Enterprise Account Management

- Bring 2–4 years of experience in customer success, account support, operations, or business analysis, ideally in a B2B or enterprise services setting
- High school diploma or GED
- Advanced Microsoft Excel capability, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and complex formulas
- Working proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Background with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or comparable platforms
- Strong organizational ability with experience balancing stakeholders, deadlines, and competing priorities
- Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to turn complex data into practical insights
- Meticulous attention to detail and consistent follow-through on records, reporting, and deadlines
- Comfort collaborating with senior account managers and leaders, raising concerns, asking questions, and challenging decisions professionally
- Proactive and curious problem-solving style, with willingness to manage detailed administration alongside broader analytical work
- Experience with third-party procurement platforms, SQL, or AI-supported reporting and automation tools such as Claude Enterprise is a plus
