Customer Support Agent

  • Resolve customer questions and complaints through email, live chat, and social media.
  • Handle complex and escalated cases, coordinate with other teams, and keep customers updated.
  • Track ticket queues, flag service-level risks, and help prioritise and rebalance workloads.
  • Prepare Big Winners, Play Safety, Legal View, End of Shift Reports, and Zendesk Problem Tickets accurately and on schedule.
  • Engage high-value players to strengthen loyalty and identify opportunities for additional sales.
  • Help onboard new agents and share practical process knowledge.
  • Report customer trends to the CS Manager to support ongoing service improvements.

  • Demonstrated customer support experience managing a high volume of requests across email, live chat, and social media.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Experience resolving complex or escalated customer concerns.
  • Practical experience using customer support platforms such as Zendesk.
  • Comfort working to defined service-level agreements and performance metrics.
  • Careful attention to detail and an organised approach to operational work.
  • Clear, candid communication.
  • Experience in social gaming, iGaming, or a comparable regulated, player-focused industry is a strong advantage.
  • Provide your current location and resume.
  • State whether you have iGaming experience.
