- Manage a portfolio of approximately 40–70 customer accounts independently.
- Build and maintain relationships with Core and Growth customers.
- Create and deliver success plans tailored to customer goals.
- Run customer meetings, training, and business reviews.
- Analyze data to spot risks, trends, and opportunities to improve outcomes.
- Increase product adoption and deliver measurable value to customers.
- Manage renewals and selected upsell opportunities within agreed commercial guidelines.
- Work with Sales on larger or more complex expansion opportunities.
- Coordinate with Product, Support, Implementation, and Sales to achieve customer outcomes.
- Share customer insights and help improve Customer Success processes and playbooks.

- Background in Customer Success or Account Management.
- Experience independently managing a portfolio of customer accounts.
- Experience in logistics, ecommerce, delivery, or retail technology.
- Understanding of SaaS, customer lifecycle, adoption, retention, and growth.
- Commercial confidence and experience handling renewal and upsell conversations.
- Strong communication and meeting facilitation skills.
- Organized, data-informed approach to managing customers.
- Self-starting approach, with the ability to prioritize and work independently.
