Customer Service Representative – Hotel Reservations and Event Registration

Support ConferenceDirect customers with hotel reservations and event registration by phone and email. This full-time hybrid role handles inquiries, records customer interactions, and contributes to contact center service goals.

Handle incoming calls about hotel reservations and event registration.
Respond to customer emails using templates.
Keep calls and emails focused while managing handle time efficiently.
Use thoughtful questions and active listening to understand customer needs.
Guide customer conversations effectively.
Apply analysis, judgment, and logic to resolve issues and make decisions.
Share accommodation and registration details with customers.
Record customer interactions accurately.
Work with colleagues and share effective approaches to customer service.
Coordinate with event Coordinators to provide customers with accurate information.
Follow attendance and break schedules.
Complete other assigned duties.

Талаптар

High school diploma or equivalent experience.
At least two years of contact center experience.
Experience improving quality and productivity in contact center operations through strong communication, organization, and problem-solving.
Strong spoken and written communication skills.
Spanish or French bilingual skills are preferred.
Hotel, hospitality, event, or conference management experience is preferred.
Able to work an assigned shift during department operating hours of 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
Able to attend the full week of training.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Remote work is limited to residents of Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Washington, or California residents living more than 50 miles from the Folsom office.
California residents within 50 miles of the Folsom office must agree to a hybrid work arrangement.
