  • At least two years of successful experience in sales or customer retention.

  • Eligibility for electronic security employee certification, including fingerprint submission to the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services and final DCJS approval.
  • Ability to provide technical help with basic consumer electronics and software.
  • Compliance with applicable COVID-related health and safety rules, which may include vaccination, masks, social distancing, daily health checks, and sharing vaccination records.
