Consumer Support Representative
Part-time hybrid role helping consumers choose and use VELUX daylight and ventilation products. Respond to inquiries, recommend solutions, prepare quotes, and assist with sales campaigns.

- Build customer relationships and support sales through consultative conversations.
Талаптар
- Associate degree, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant customer service or sales experience.
- Clear communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain product information clearly to customers.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries.
- Comfort using computer systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to balance customer needs with accuracy and timely follow-up.
- Call center, sales, SAP, or building-products experience is a plus.
- Positive, customer-first attitude.
- Interest in helping people make informed decisions.
