Description
- Troubleshoot 3Shape hardware, including 3D scanners, and software
- Assist customers through online sessions, phone calls, and email
- Take part in occasional on-site events
- Handle support cases by gathering customer details in line with company procedures
- Document support cases in the company CRM
- Coordinate with other departments
- Pass customer feedback to the appropriate teams
Requirements
- A customer-focused approach
- Clear communication, including the ability to ask questions and listen carefully
- Strong spoken and written English and Ukrainian at B2 level or above
- At least intermediate English for communication with internal teams
- Problem-solving ability and logical thinking
