Partner Marketing Administrator – Phoenix, AZ

Support outreach for DaVita-affiliated value-based health plans by connecting with dialysis patients and caregivers in Phoenix. Build clinic relationships and help patients make informed coverage decisions through compliant enrollment support.

Description

  • Represent affiliated health plans in dialysis clinics and nearby communities.
  • Build awareness and trust to help patients make informed coverage decisions.
  • Develop working relationships with facility administrators, social workers, and administrative assistants.
  • Learn and explain plan benefits, eligibility, and care management.
  • Work with assigned brokers to support enrollment for interested patients.
  • Share plan and program information ethically and in compliance with applicable rules.
  • Follow CMS marketing guidelines and internal compliance requirements.
  • Identify barriers to engagement and refine local marketing approaches.
  • Monitor engagement and field activity metrics.
  • Represent the plan at community events and support member retention outreach.
  • Talk with kidney care patients, caregivers, and clinic staff at clinic sites.
  • Travel to the Denver headquarters once or twice per year.
  • Occasionally work Saturdays and evening events, if desired.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Active Arizona Life and Health Insurance License, or willingness to obtain one.
  • Medicare Advantage marketing experience is strongly preferred.
  • Two to four years of experience in healthcare marketing, insurance sales, grassroots outreach, or community engagement is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint.
  • Must live in Phoenix, Arizona, near Maricopa County.
  • Valid Arizona driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Bilingual Spanish skills are strongly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel to DaVita clinics in surrounding areas.
  • Availability to work in DaVita clinics five days a week between 7:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
