Description
- Resolve inbound customer inquiries promptly and professionally, aiming to address needs in one call.
- Answer incoming calls and follow up with customers about online applications.
- Explain coverage and billing information and clarify general policy questions.
- Record customer interactions accurately and enter inbound leads promptly.
- Switch between calls, records, follow-ups, and multiple systems throughout the workday.
- Work with the team to support customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service or a call center.
- Property and casualty insurance experience is preferred.
- An active Property and Casualty license is required; it must cover general or commercial lines, not personal lines.
- Able to handle inbound calls and work across multiple systems.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Dependable, with a team-oriented approach.
