  • Switch between calls, records, follow-ups, and multiple systems throughout the workday.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Experience in customer service or a call center.
  • Property and casualty insurance experience is preferred.
  • An active Property and Casualty license is required; it must cover general or commercial lines, not personal lines.
  • Able to handle inbound calls and work across multiple systems.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Dependable, with a team-oriented approach.
