Tavsif

  • Resolve inbound customer inquiries promptly and professionally, aiming to address needs in one call.
  • Answer incoming calls and follow up with customers about online applications.
  • Explain coverage and billing information and clarify general policy questions.
  • Record customer interactions accurately and enter inbound leads promptly.

Talablar

  • Experience in customer service or a call center.
  • Property and casualty insurance experience is preferred.
  • An active Property and Casualty license is required; it must cover general or commercial lines, not personal lines.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Dependable, with a team-oriented approach.
