Senior Business Development Manager, Parking & Mobility (Florida Hybrid)

Lead enterprise growth for parking management, mobility, and technology services across Florida. Build real estate partnerships and close complex B2B contracts for Reimagined Parking.

Description

  • Create and execute territory business development plans that support growth and revenue goals.
  • Identify, qualify, pursue, and close opportunities in hospitality, commercial real estate, and related markets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution and implementation handoff.
  • Develop relationships with property owners, asset managers, developers, REITs, property managers, hotel owners and operators, and hospitality organizations.
  • Generate opportunities through networking, referrals, research, industry events, outbound prospecting, and strategic partnerships.
  • Lead client presentations, site visits, discovery sessions, and proposal reviews.
  • Build tailored solutions and business cases around each client’s operational and financial priorities.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing models, and service agreements.
  • Close complex opportunities involving multiple stakeholders and extended sales cycles.
  • Advise clients on innovative parking and mobility solutions.
  • Cultivate relationships with industry influencers, brokers, consultants, and commercial real estate professionals.
  • Partner with executive leadership on emerging markets and growth programs.
  • Keep Salesforce pipeline, opportunity, activity, forecast, and client records accurate and current.
  • Produce pipeline reports, sales forecasts, and business development metrics for executive leadership.
  • Assess financial statements, operating budgets, parking revenue trends, EBITDA effects, revenue potential, and return-on-investment opportunities.
  • Coordinate with operations, finance, marketing, legal, human resources, and executive leadership.
  • Support RFPs, RFQs, and formal bidding processes.
  • Prepare executive briefings, meeting summaries, and opportunity evaluations.
  • Support broader strategic growth initiatives.
  • Travel across the assigned territory and nearby regions as needed.

Requirements

  • Parking operations experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience selling parking management, mobility, transportation, technology, security, facilities management, or related services.
  • Experience with procurement procedures and RFP responses.
  • Established relationships in commercial real estate and property management.
  • Experience with mixed-use developments, hospitality portfolios, and residential properties.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, finance, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least seven years of progressive experience in business development, enterprise sales, parking operations, or strategic account management.
  • Track record of closing complex B2B service contracts and long-cycle sales opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue growth goals.
  • Experience selling services to commercial real estate organizations, hospitality groups, or related sectors.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Advanced Excel capability covering financial modeling, forecasting, pivot tables, advanced formulas, dashboards, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong Salesforce experience, including pipeline and opportunity management, forecasting, activity tracking, and reporting.
  • Experience managing opportunities through a structured sales process.
  • Strong financial judgment and the ability to evaluate budgets, revenue models, EBITDA, and business performance metrics.
  • Experience leading contract negotiations and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
  • Successful completion of a background check is required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide eligibility documentation.
