Graduate Account Coordinator, Data Centres

Support customer relationships, commercial administration, and service delivery for Datacom’s data centre and IT services. Coordinate requests, onboarding, reporting, and account maintenance.

Description

  • Manage customer requests from intake through completion
  • Monitor shared team inboxes and help prioritise customer enquiries
  • Support customer onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain customer portals and account records
  • Assist with reporting, contract renewals, pricing reviews, and related commercial work
  • Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Service Delivery teams
  • Spot process improvements that strengthen the customer experience
  • Help meet compliance, security, and health and safety obligations
  • Develop practical skills in customer relationship management, commercial and contract administration, IT infrastructure, data centre operations, stakeholder engagement, service delivery, operational processes, enterprise support, and business communication

Requirements

  • Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen
  • Be available for full-time work
  • Be able to start as soon as possible
  • Be studying toward or have recently completed a degree in Business, Commerce, Management, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Communicate clearly in writing and conversation
  • Bring a customer-focused approach
  • Demonstrate strong organisation and time-management abilities
  • Manage competing priorities effectively
  • Apply sound problem-solving skills
  • Work confidently with varied stakeholders
  • Use Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word
  • No previous data centre experience is required
