Graduate Account Coordinator, Data Centres
Support customer relationships, commercial administration, and service delivery for Datacom’s data centre and IT services. Coordinate requests, onboarding, reporting, and account maintenance.

- Manage customer requests from intake through completion
- Monitor shared team inboxes and help prioritise customer enquiries
- Support customer onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain customer portals and account records
- Assist with reporting, contract renewals, pricing reviews, and related commercial work
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Service Delivery teams
- Spot process improvements that strengthen the customer experience
- Help meet compliance, security, and health and safety obligations
- Develop practical skills in customer relationship management, commercial and contract administration, IT infrastructure, data centre operations, stakeholder engagement, service delivery, operational processes, enterprise support, and business communication

- Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen
- Be available for full-time work
- Be able to start as soon as possible
- Be studying toward or have recently completed a degree in Business, Commerce, Management, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field
- Communicate clearly in writing and conversation
- Bring a customer-focused approach
- Demonstrate strong organisation and time-management abilities
- Manage competing priorities effectively
- Apply sound problem-solving skills
- Work confidently with varied stakeholders
