- Keep customer records accurate in the CRM system
Requirements
- Vocational training in any field is a plus, but not required
- Follow established systems and processes accurately
- Communicate clearly and confidently in spoken and written German at a business-fluent level
- Work with discipline and make productive use of time spent on the phone
- Read and understand the person you are speaking with
- Work independently and stay disciplined in a remote setting
- Maintain consistently strong performance without daily in-person supervision
- Have a quiet, professional workspace and stable internet connection
- Use standard PC applications confidently
