Executive Assistant to SVP Compliance and VP Performance & Cost Efficiency – Marseille

Support CMA CGM’s SVP Compliance and VP Performance & Cost Efficiency with executive coordination, governance, financial administration, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Description

  • Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and appointments for both Vice Presidents
  • Arrange business travel, conferences, workshops, and leadership meetings
  • Serve as the main liaison between the executives and internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare, review, and format presentations, reports, correspondence, and other business documents
  • Attend meetings as needed and produce minutes and executive summaries
  • Safeguard sensitive and confidential information
  • Provide administrative support to both departments
  • Create, monitor, and reconcile purchase orders
  • Review and pre-validate invoices for consultants, external providers, and statutory auditors
  • Coordinate engagement letters and their administrative follow-up
  • Track funding requests from agencies and subsidiaries
  • Support financial and governance tracking and coordination processes
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and corporate documents in French and English
  • Maintain the quality, accuracy, and timely distribution of information and documentation
  • Assist internal communication and reporting activities across both functions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent higher-education qualification
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • At least five years of successful experience in a similar role, ideally in an international, multicultural environment
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities with exceptional attention to detail
  • Demonstrated discretion when managing sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced setting
