Grow client portfolios for Barclays’ UK payments acceptance business through trusted relationships, tailored solutions and revenue growth. Balance customer satisfaction, risk management and commercial performance.

Description

  • Build profitable relationships with corporate and individual clients
  • Understand clients’ financial objectives, challenges and risk tolerance
  • Review investment portfolio and cash-flow data to uncover trends, opportunities and relevant services
  • Monitor clients’ industries, regulatory conditions and competitive environments
  • Create tailored solutions from the bank’s products and services
  • Explain solution value, support recommendations and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements
  • Advise on financial decisions, investments, risk management and wealth management approaches
  • Evaluate financial, legal and operational risks and put mitigation measures in place
  • Maintain accurate records of client discussions, transactions and agreements
  • Share insights that inform product development, service design and bank strategy
  • Track customer satisfaction, revenue generation and relationship-management performance
  • Develop and expand a portfolio while providing high-quality service and strengthening client relationships
  • Shape decisions, contribute to policy development and improve operational effectiveness
  • Work across functions and business divisions to deliver client and business outcomes
  • Lead complex work or teams, coach colleagues where appropriate and support team development
