Clinical Lead / Clinical Trial Manager – Remote, United States

Lead global clinical trial delivery for Emerald Clinical, coordinating sites, timelines, budgets, compliance, and cross-functional execution from start-up through close-out.

Description

  • Direct clinical trials through start-up and close-out
  • Lead site selection and feasibility work with CRAs and investigators
  • Control study timelines, budgets, and delivery commitments
  • Oversee protocol administration, site initiation, monitoring, and overall study progress
  • Coordinate with sponsors, investigators, internal stakeholders, and project teams
  • Maintain compliance with GCP, FDA regulations, and company SOPs
  • Coach and develop CRAs and site staff
  • Safeguard protocol adherence and data integrity

Requirements

  • Experience in renal studies
  • Bachelor’s degree in a science-related discipline, with an RN preferred, plus industry experience
  • One to two years of experience as a Clinical Trial Manager or Clinical Lead
  • Substantial experience in clinical monitoring and site management
  • Experience in oncology or other complex indications is preferred
  • CCRA or CCRP certification is strongly preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and clinical trial best practices
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders efficiently
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication capabilities
  • Availability to travel up to 20% as needed
