Direct clinical trials through start-up and close-out
Lead site selection and feasibility work with CRAs and investigators
Control study timelines, budgets, and delivery commitments
Oversee protocol administration, site initiation, monitoring, and overall study progress
Coordinate with sponsors, investigators, internal stakeholders, and project teams
Maintain compliance with GCP, FDA regulations, and company SOPs
Coach and develop CRAs and site staff
Safeguard protocol adherence and data integrity

Талаптар

Experience in renal studies
Bachelor’s degree in a science-related discipline, with an RN preferred, plus industry experience
One to two years of experience as a Clinical Trial Manager or Clinical Lead
Substantial experience in clinical monitoring and site management
Experience in oncology or other complex indications is preferred
CCRA or CCRP certification is strongly preferred
Advanced knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and clinical trial best practices
Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders efficiently
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication capabilities
Availability to travel up to 20% as needed
