Lead global clinical trial delivery for Emerald Clinical, coordinating sites, timelines, budgets, compliance, and cross-functional execution from start-up through close-out.

- Direct clinical trials through start-up and close-out
- Lead site selection and feasibility work with CRAs and investigators
- Control study timelines, budgets, and delivery commitments
- Oversee protocol administration, site initiation, monitoring, and overall study progress
- Coordinate with sponsors, investigators, internal stakeholders, and project teams
- Maintain compliance with GCP, FDA regulations, and company SOPs
- Coach and develop CRAs and site staff
- Safeguard protocol adherence and data integrity
आवश्यकताएँ
- Experience in renal studies
- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related discipline, with an RN preferred, plus industry experience
- One to two years of experience as a Clinical Trial Manager or Clinical Lead
- Substantial experience in clinical monitoring and site management
- Experience in oncology or other complex indications is preferred
- CCRA or CCRP certification is strongly preferred
- Advanced knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and clinical trial best practices
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders efficiently
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication capabilities
- Availability to travel up to 20% as needed
