Description

  • Oversee assigned sponsored plans
  • Develop and maintain trusted client relationships
  • Contribute to plan profitability
  • Coordinate daily operations and ensure periodic processing is completed on schedule
  • Use operational best practices to keep plans efficient and aligned with client requirements
  • Strengthen service delivery through risk management, efficiency improvements, and quality oversight
  • Coordinate between internal teams and external partners involved in plan operations
  • Join sponsor calls and client meetings
  • Assist with sales pursuits, including onsite presentations
  • Travel when required for client meetings

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • At least five years of experience in financial services
  • Demonstrated customer service expertise
  • Background managing highly sensitive and at-risk client relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or an equivalent qualification is preferred
