Description
- Explain coverage, benefit limits, and applicable deadlines to clients
- Coordinate medical and hospital service authorizations according to insurer requirements
- Manage medical transportation cases with Itsseg’s medical team, the insurer, and the client
- Suggest medical and hospital providers that match the plan network and required treatment
- Direct clients through preliminary reimbursement estimates and expected reimbursement timelines
- Support clients with unpaid invoices and suspended services
- Track payments, invoice resolution, and service reactivation
- Request extensions to payment due dates
- Send requests for duplicate invoices and cards to the internal operations team
- Coordinate Itsseg courier pickups and document deliveries
- Provide document checklists for reimbursement and claims repayment requests
- Notify clients about missing documentation and follow up on materials needed for reimbursements, policy changes, and repayment processes
- Explain available funeral and travel assistance services
- Reply to email inquiries within 24 business hours
- Document every interaction in Itsseg’s operations module
- Escalate incidents and other relevant information to management immediately
Requirements
- Microsoft Office proficiency, including intermediate-level Excel
- Foundational knowledge of benefits administration operations
- Currently pursuing a degree in a related discipline
