Accounts Receivable Specialist - Wisconsin Remote

Brookdale is hiring a remote Accounts Receivable Specialist in Wisconsin to manage billing inquiries, account audits, cash application, and dispute resolution. The role also supports accurate billing communication, discrepancy escalation, reporting reviews, and associate training.

Description

  • Deliver customer service and resolve account issues for Brookdale customers and associates
  • Investigate billing errors, disputes, cash application matters, and other account concerns through recurring audits
  • Share accurate billing information with customers and business partners while supporting customer satisfaction
  • Address account inquiries and escalate discrepancies that remain unresolved
  • Help train associates on Accounts Receivable procedures, policies, and company platform functions
  • Review daily, weekly, and monthly reports and queries to detect potential account issues
  • Complete additional duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a blended call center setting
  • Experience in a multichannel product environment preferred
  • Working knowledge of general accounts receivable concepts and systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • No certifications, licenses, or other special qualifications required
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Comfort interacting with coworkers, residents, and vendors
