Account Representative, West Coast

Manage West Coast customer accounts for ASSA ABLOY’s access solutions business, delivering personalized service and resolving customer issues. Coordinate with internal teams while working remotely, with monthly in-office collaboration and training.

Description

  • Act as the main contact for assigned clients.
  • Build lasting client relationships grounded in trust.
  • Assess client needs and offer tailored support and guidance.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests from clients and sales representatives.
  • Resolve issues with professionalism, discretion, and care.
  • Identify client needs early and offer timely solutions and recommendations.
  • Maintain accounts, share status updates, and coordinate services.
  • Process client requests and orders, and manage follow-ups accurately.
  • Coordinate between clients and internal teams to support execution and follow-through.
  • Provide personalized, high-touch service that reflects luxury brand standards.
  • Develop expert knowledge of products, craftsmanship, and brand positioning.
  • Work with Customer Care, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Attend monthly in-office collaboration sessions and training.
  • Share client feedback and insights to support ongoing improvements.
  • Record account details and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Track service activity and communicate updates.
  • Prepare basic reports, documents, and client communications.

Requirements

  • Bring 2–5 years of experience in customer service, account coordination, or client support.
  • Communicate clearly and build effective working relationships.
  • Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Use CRM systems and common business tools, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Salesforce.
  • Work independently in a remote setting and remain accountable for results.
  • Build strong client relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Show a strong customer service focus and attention to detail.
  • Stay organized and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Manage multiple client relationships independently.
  • Use CRM systems and digital collaboration tools.
  • Be available during West Coast business hours.
