Technical Support Technician
Monitor Consort Group clients’ IT infrastructure and services, providing first-line support and initial incident resolution. The role covers alert analysis, routine operations, and incident tracking through closure.
विवरण
- Monitor client IT infrastructure in real time, including servers, networks, applications, databases, and backups.
- Review alerts produced by monitoring tools.
- Identify anomalies, assess and classify incidents, and take appropriate action or initiate on-call procedures.
- Complete scheduled tasks such as batch processing, reruns, integrity checks, and backup verification.
- Handle routine operations, including restarts, basic deployments, and supervised production releases.
- Record actions in ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, GLPI, and EasyVista.
- Provide first-line support to users.
- Diagnose incidents and follow the applicable resolution procedures.
- Escalate issues to specialist teams when needed.
- Track incidents through to resolution.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Experience in comparable helpdesk or monitoring environments; junior candidates are also welcome.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux.
- Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and network architectures.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Centreon, Zabbix, or Nagios.
- French language skills for working in a French-speaking environment.
