  • Manage full-cycle hiring for Technology, Product, and/or Non-Technology functions, covering sourcing, screening, offers, and closing
  • Work with hiring managers and senior leaders to translate workforce plans, hiring priorities, role needs, and talent profiles into recruitment action
  • Create sourcing approaches that reach local and international candidates across multiple markets
  • Develop and sustain pipelines for business-critical and difficult-to-fill roles
  • Own candidate engagement and closing, including compensation conversations and offer coordination
  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for candidates at every stage
  • Improve interview structures, interviewer calibration, and hiring decisions in partnership with hiring managers
  • Apply recruitment analytics and market intelligence to surface hiring patterns, obstacles, and improvement opportunities
  • Advance recruitment processes, systems, workflows, and hiring practices
  • Manage and develop the Talent Acquisition team through goal setting, coaching, and career support
  • Set team priorities, distribute hiring workloads, and keep delivery aligned with recruitment goals and business requirements
  • Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction programs in global markets
  • Coach recruiters on effective practices and help elevate team-wide recruitment standards

आवश्यकताएँ

  • At least six years of Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-moving or high-growth organization
  • Demonstrated success hiring across several functions, including Technology, Product, and/or Non-Technology positions
  • International or multi-market recruitment experience is strongly preferred
  • Track record of leading and developing a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment team through coaching, mentoring, performance management, and team development
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and influence hiring managers and senior leaders
  • Strong capability in sourcing, assessment, candidate engagement, and offer closing
  • Able to navigate ambiguity while handling competing hiring priorities
  • Solid knowledge of recruitment metrics, hiring operations, and talent-market dynamics
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Analytical, organized, and highly focused on execution
  • Comfort working with global, multicultural teams
