- Analyze, model, and improve CRM processes supporting real estate operations.
- Act as the functional bridge between business, technology, and customer service teams.
- Align solutions with commercial strategies and the full development lifecycle, from prospecting through after-sales support.
- Map and optimize pre-sales, sales, and after-sales workflows.
- Understand the operating lifecycle of real estate developments, including leads, reservations, proposals, negotiations, contracts, documentation, and customer journeys.
- Configure CRM capabilities, build automations, establish business rules, and model data entities.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements for development and IT teams.
- Manage backlogs, user stories, and functional documentation in Scrum and Kanban environments.
- Prepare analyses and reports covering sales funnels, conversion, broker performance, and campaigns.
- Support integrations with real estate systems, ERP platforms, sales tools, portals, and financial systems.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Experience supporting sales operations for mid- to high-end real estate developments.
- Knowledge of sector-specific customer service and relationship management practices, including NPS, SAC, and ticket management.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary squads and digital transformation initiatives within the real estate market.
- Strong background in analyzing, modeling, and optimizing CRM processes for real estate operations.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or comparable systems.
- Knowledge of functional configuration, automation workflows, business rules, and data entity modeling.
- Experience managing backlogs, user stories, and functional documentation through Scrum or Kanban Agile practices.
- Experience producing sales and marketing analyses and reports.
- Knowledge of integrations with ERP systems, sales platforms, portals, and financial systems used in real estate.
