Senior Dynamics 365 Support Engineer
Support Exeevo’s Dynamics 365 CRM platform for Life Sciences clients, resolving customer issues, managing service-level commitments, and working with engineering teams.
विवरण
- Act as the primary support expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Support CRM entities, workflows, configurations, reporting, dashboards, and security models.
- Own technical issues, understand customer needs, and escalate complex cases for resolution.
- Manage and prioritize support requests from a large user base.
- Resolve incidents and problems by phone, email, and remote meetings within defined SLAs.
- Work with engineering and product delivery teams to understand product capabilities and project requirements.
- Contribute as needed to project management and support service management activities.
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least five years of demonstrated functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification, or currently working toward one, preferred.
- Experience with user configuration and data import and export processes.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused, with the ability to grasp technical concepts quickly.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with people at all levels.
- Familiarity with XRM Toolbox is a plus.
- Proficiency in application debugging.
- Foundational knowledge of database technologies.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
