- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead identification and outreach through proof of concept, closing, deployment, and ongoing account oversight
- Win new technology-sector customers through outbound prospecting and stakeholder relationship development
- Cultivate relationships with decision-makers and influencers to advance opportunities and build strategic partnerships
- Serve as a consultative advisor by learning customers’ challenges, objectives, and technology environments
- Create customized value propositions and solutions that deliver measurable business results
- Work with channel partners to extend market reach and improve customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with product, engineering, customer success, marketing, solution architecture, and Sales Development teams
- Bring customer insights to product and engineering roadmap prioritization
- Generate qualified top-of-funnel opportunities with Sales Development Representatives
- Support effective solution deployment while identifying expansion and growth opportunities
आवश्यकताएँ
- 8–12+ years of B2B sales experience with Global 2000 and large technology enterprises
- Experience negotiating and closing transformational, multi-year SaaS contracts worth seven figures
- Demonstrated record of strong performance and quota attainment
- Technical consultative sales experience with complex products such as developer tools, APIs, or AI/NLP solutions is advantageous
- Experience supporting applications in the financial services industry
- Experience guiding customers through solution deployment
- Experience working with channel partners, including cloud hyperscalers and systems integrators
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to operate independently as a self-starter, hands-on contributor, and strategist
- Curiosity and commitment to developing expertise in NLP and Cohere’s technology
- Excellent listening, relationship-building, and executive communication abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong understanding of the technology industry, including its trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Ability to explain the value of AI and NLP solutions for financial services operations
