- Manage client engagements from requirements gathering through deployment and post-launch support.
- Run discovery workshops and solution design sessions.
- Turn business needs into scalable customer experience solutions.
- Set up Qualtrics surveys, dashboards, ticketing, access controls, and reporting.
- Build and improve Qualtrics Workflows.
- Set up Website and App Feedback Intercepts and digital experience feedback programs.
- Help implement and configure Qualtrics Mobile SDKs and digital feedback channels.
- Connect Qualtrics with CRM platforms, SFTP environments, APIs, and third-party applications.
- Build, test, and troubleshoot API integrations and automated data exchanges.
- Assess solutions, estimate effort, define scope, and evaluate technical feasibility.
- Lead client demonstrations, proofs of concept, and pre-sales presentations.
- Guide clients on customer experience practices and implementation approaches.
- Keep stakeholders aligned on scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Coach team members on Qualtrics implementation practices and technical capabilities.
- Track project progress, handle escalations, and meet agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Keep current with Qualtrics updates, customer experience trends, and industry practices.
- Help plan resources, track utilization, and balance team workloads.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Qualtrics CustomerXM (CX) certification is required.
- Qualtrics Engagement Manager Certification (CX) is preferred.
