Remote Part-Time Evening Customer Service Representative
Provide remote customer support for Five Star Call Centers’ clients, assisting with debit card incentives, orders, and account balances. This temporary, part-time role handles inbound calls during evening shifts.

- Deliver helpful, professional customer service.
- Answer questions about debit card incentives, orders, and balances.
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls efficiently.
- Use provided scripts to address different topics.
- Clarify customer needs, research issues, and offer solutions or alternatives.
- Use company and client resources to resolve calls accurately.
- Recommend additional products when appropriate.
- Switch between tasks while maintaining efficiency and composure.
- Arrive punctually and attend all scheduled shifts.
- Maintain a positive, professional manner with customers.
- Cross-train as assigned.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Previous 3–6 months of customer service or support experience preferred.
- Previous 3–6 months of call center or office experience is a plus.
- Basic computer skills.
- Able to learn quickly and work independently.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with active listening.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- A background check will be conducted in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.
- Must provide your own device.
- Must live in Alabama, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
- Must be available Monday through Friday from 3–7 p.m. CST and every other weekend.
- Must be available on the first and last business day of each month.
