- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, advisors, and third-party administrators.
- Advise clients and brokers on investment performance, diversification, investment style, and suitability.
- Participate in Plan Investment and Administrative Committee meetings when appropriate.
- Evaluate plan data alongside relevant industry trends.
- Create strategic recommendations covering plan design, products, and participant engagement.
- Direct Voya’s cross-functional service team and measure its effectiveness against agreed metrics.
- Oversee client retention efforts, RFIs, RFPs, and benchmarking activities.
- Handle contract negotiations, pricing strategy, contract documentation, signatures, and service-level agreements.
- Organize internal resources for projects designed to enhance client relationships.
- Set project launch dates, define scope, negotiate costs, and manage implementation expectations.
- Find organic growth and cross-selling opportunities for Voya recordkeeping products.
- Develop, position, close, and implement client solutions.
- Support RFP responses and contribute to the sales process for new 401(k) business.
- Present Voya’s recordkeeping capabilities and distinctive value to prospective clients.
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least six years of client-service relationship management experience supporting defined contribution plans.
- Obtain a state insurance license within 60 days of hire.
- Demonstrated knowledge of 401(k) plans and a strong investment background.
- Proven client management experience and capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Required industry certifications.
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 licenses.
- Willingness to travel 35–50% of the time.
- Ability to work from home in a location covering the designated territory, with nationwide coverage.
