- Assess market competition and customer needs to position Achievers’ solution effectively
- Support marketing initiatives and customer-facing events
- Keep customer, pipeline, and forecast information accurate and up to date
- Explain the value of a SaaS-based employee success product and service
- Own multiple complex sales cycles from initial opportunity through close
- Create strategic acquisition plans for priority prospects while progressing inbound opportunities
- Develop new opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and grow revenue across the mid-market segment
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least two years of experience selling business applications, ideally in enterprise HR SaaS
- Experience managing sales cycles lasting six months or longer
- Proven, consistent success exceeding quota and revenue targets
- Practical experience with Sales Navigator, Discover Org, Outreach, and Salesforce
- Strong motivation for generating net-new business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence and experience engaging with C-suite decision-makers
- Ability to build lasting relationships across an organization during complex sales cycles
- Self-directed approach and adaptability in a changing environment
- Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree is an advantage
