- Coordinate the CEO’s changing calendar around top priorities.
- Arrange select personal scheduling, travel, logistics, expenses, and administrative needs.
- Maintain systems for commitments, follow-ups, and deadlines.
- Help the CEO prioritize daily and weekly attention.
- Anticipate upcoming meetings and decisions, and prepare the CEO.
- Triage the CEO’s inbox, draft replies, and route requests.
- Track commitments and ensure they are completed.
- Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with health plan executives and key partners.
- Prepare context and materials for important conversations.
- Organize board meetings, materials, schedules, and logistics.
- Assist with senior leadership recruiting, including interviews, candidate communications, and references.
- Help build company culture through celebrations, offsites, gatherings, birthdays, and work anniversaries.
- Report directly to the CEO.
- Attend and support at least two company events each year.

- Strong organization, judgment, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and anticipating needs.
- Confidence engaging with employees, executives, board members, investors, candidates, and partners.
- Consistent follow-through and comfort respectfully challenging the CEO when needed.
- A warm, hospitable manner and an instinct for enabling connection rather than restricting access.
- Availability to work 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m. in the local time zone.
- Eligibility to work in the United States; Flourish Health participates in E-Verify.
