Legal Executive Assistant - Brazil Remote
Support US-based legal employers with case administration, court filings, calendars, records, and attorney communications. This remote, full-time role is open to candidates in Brazil or South Africa.

- Track case status changes using docket activity and internal communications
- Maintain Proofs of Service records and service lists
- Draft legal filings from templates and minute orders following training
- Route filings for attorney review, submit them to courts, serve opposing counsel, and distribute them to clients
- Maintain accurate legal calendars against court dockets
- Manage Zoom integrations and schedule virtual meetings
- Reserve LASC Connect Calls for upcoming hearings
- Create and maintain contacts and matters in Clio
- Handle intake calls when the primary intake team member is unavailable
- Distribute weekly reports covering upcoming hearings, depositions, and active cases
- Rename, date, upload, and organize documents according to internal filing standards
- Monitor court websites and track hearings, trials, depositions, and deadlines
- Synchronize Clio calendars with Outlook and remove inaccurate floating entries
- Prepare Proofs of Service
- Distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence to clients and internal team members
- Maintain the case and trial list, including updates to matter statuses
आवश्यकताएँ
- Work full time in support of a legal team
- Align working hours with Pacific Standard Time
- Be available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST
- Have access to a VPN
- Use Clio for case management and calendaring
- Have experience with HubSpot CRM or the ability to learn it
- Have experience with RingCentral VoIP or the ability to learn it
- Have experience with Microsoft Outlook and Teams or the ability to learn them
- Have experience with Zoom or the ability to learn it
- Use court docket and court website systems
- Communicate in English
- Successfully complete every stage of the multi-stage application process
