- Build and operate AI agents with ChatGPT, Claude, or comparable tools
- Evaluate AI output and refine instructions based on real-world results

- Relevant experience in customer success, service, or sales, with a cross-functional view of the customer lifecycle
- Direct experience hiring, managing, and developing a small team in a hands-on setting, preferably within B2B SaaS or a comparable technical, customer-facing business
- Demonstrated ability to convert business priorities into completed initiatives and durable operational improvements
- Ability to learn a technical product and understand customer workflows and business needs
- Strong practical proficiency with ChatGPT, Claude, or similar business tools
- Hands-on experience building AI agents and repeatable workflows
- Willingness to work directly in the business while developing the people and processes needed for growth
- Based in the Eastern or Central time zone
