Descriere

  • Lead people and execution across sales, marketing, customer success, and service
  • Turn company priorities into actionable operating plans
  • Develop employees and establish effective working practices
  • Manage daily business operations and team leadership
  • Make operating decisions, hire within approved budgets, and oversee implementation
  • Set hiring priorities, define roles, and manage recruiting from sourcing through selection
  • Create onboarding plans for new employees
  • Set expectations, coach team members, give feedback, and address performance issues
  • Align teams around a connected customer journey
  • Translate commercial priorities into campaigns, outreach, sales efforts, and customer programs
  • Use acquisition, conversion, activation, adoption, and retention data to improve execution
  • Guide projects through implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement
  • Remove blockers, make tradeoffs, and surface risks early
  • Find practical AI use cases across customer success, sales, marketing, and operations
  • Build and operate AI agents with ChatGPT, Claude, or comparable tools
  • Evaluate AI output and refine instructions based on real-world results

Cerințe

  • Relevant experience in customer success, service, or sales, with a cross-functional view of the customer lifecycle
  • Direct experience hiring, managing, and developing a small team in a hands-on setting, preferably within B2B SaaS or a comparable technical, customer-facing business
  • Demonstrated ability to convert business priorities into completed initiatives and durable operational improvements
  • Ability to learn a technical product and understand customer workflows and business needs
  • Strong practical proficiency with ChatGPT, Claude, or similar business tools
  • Hands-on experience building AI agents and repeatable workflows
  • Willingness to work directly in the business while developing the people and processes needed for growth
  • Based in the Eastern or Central time zone
