Enterprise Service Desk Support Technician

Provide onsite Tier I and II service desk support for MANTECH, troubleshooting user systems, Active Directory, accounts, tickets, and escalated incidents.

  • Deliver Tier I and II technical support and resolve issues with enterprise workstations and peripherals.
  • Use remote desktop tools to inspect, configure, and restore user systems.
  • Record, prioritize, track, and document incidents, service requests, and outages in ticketing platforms.
  • Administer user accounts, password resets, domain permissions, and access requests in Active Directory.
  • Work with technical teams, system administrators, and network engineers to resolve escalated incidents.
  • Maintain IT service management documentation, remote resolution knowledge bases, and operational metrics.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to remote support processes and user satisfaction.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • High school diploma or GED and 5+ years of progressively responsible IT service desk or remote desktop support experience; an associate degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience; or a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field and at least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Experience providing remote technical support, using remote desktop control applications, and troubleshooting endpoint devices.
  • Background in Active Directory administration, Windows operating systems, software installation, and ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow.
  • IAT Level II certification, such as CompTIA Security+.
  • AZ-104 or MD-102 certification within 3 months of starting.
  • Current, active Top Secret security clearance.
  • Experience supporting U.S. Military Command operations, Joint Operations Centers, or Department of Defense enterprise service desks.
  • Familiarity with secure remote management tools, VPN troubleshooting, and automated patch management deployment.
  • Ability to work with multidisciplinary technical teams in dynamic, fast-paced operational settings.
  • Ability to remain stationary for 50% of the time.
  • Occasional movement within the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, and other equipment.
  • Frequent communication with coworkers, management, and customers, including presentations, with the ability to exchange accurate information.
